One of the most successful posts I&#8217;ve written for a blog was <a href=\"http:\/\/huntingbusinessmarketing.com\/hunting-industry\/\">Hunting Industry<\/a> Statistics for Hunting Business Marketing. The post has generated over 2,000 views. One stat from the post even spawned an infographic &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/huntingbusinessmarketing.com\/23-billion-hunting\/\">$22.9 Billion Spent on Hunting Each Year<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Recently I came across a post that gathered:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.marketo.com\/blog\/2010\/09\/b2b-marketing-stats.html\">17 Compelling And Highly Usable B2B Marketing Statistics<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>71% of all respondents who maintain blogs for a business \u2013 their own or one they work for \u2013 report that they have increased their visibility within their industries through their blogs<\/p>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"http:\/\/technorati.com\/blogging\/feature\/state-of-the-blogosphere-2009\/\">Technorati State of the Blogosphere 2009<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>After searing for info I came across this post from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.toprankmarketing.com\/\">Top Rank Marketing<\/a> on their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.toprankblog.com\/\">Top Rank Blog<\/a> highlighting more stats from the same report:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.toprankblog.com\/2010\/01\/content-marketing-success\/\">Content Marketing Success<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>56% say that their blog has helped their company establish a positioning as a thought leader within the industry<\/p>\n<p>58% say that they are better-known in their industry because of their blog<\/p>\n<p>Source:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/technorati.com\/blogging\/feature\/state-of-the-blogosphere-2009\/\">Technorati State of the Blogosphere 2009<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Blog Industry Visibility<\/h2>\n<p>The three statistics above show the impact a blog can have for a company.<\/p>\n<p>Visibility, positioned as industry leaders, and being better-known by your peers and customers all have the potential to increase your sales, which is the goal of nearly all marketing\u00a0initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Today, 50% of web users <a href=\"https:\/\/ghostblogwriters.com\/read-blogs\">read blogs<\/a>. That is a large group of potential customers your company can engage with and sell products and services to.<\/p>\n<p>The majority of companies are seeing positive impact from their blogging efforts.
